Are You Plugged In?

As we all look toward self-sufficiency, we need to be honest about how 'plugged-in' we still are and take precautions around our health and cell phone and digital devices. A great option to be sure you have is at least 1 faraday bag in your home for your devices.

OR

you can make a faraday shield using plastic wrap around the entire device (be sure to get the corners) - then a wrap of aluminum foil - repeat alternating plastic and aluminum wrapping a total of 3 times. You can also do this for a box but you need a good sealer around openings. Every night put your devices inside to protect your family from harmful EMF and consistent radiation.

Turning off aka UNPLUGGING wifi/internet at night and sleeping in a room separate from devices helps but this screen will eliminate what is in your home...perhaps not your neighborhood but limiting direct exposure is a start.

Defined: A Faraday cage or Faraday shield is an enclosure used to block electromagnetic fields. A Faraday shield may be formed by a continuous covering of conductive material, or in the case of a Faraday cage, by a mesh of such materials. Faraday cages are named after scientist Michael Faraday, who invented them in 1836.

Our health, well-being and that of our children can be improved - literally - as we sleep. A simple $5 wall timer, like the one you see at Big Mama’s house under the lamp, can limit your exposure to EMF radiation while your devices aren't in use. By switching your Wi-Fi off at night, you will not only reduce the amount of EMF radiation emitted at night, but that blue light from our cell phone screen inhibits the production of melatonin and interferes with our body’s natural circadian rhythm. So hopefully you give yourself a solid nine hours with no wi-fi and can put your phone down so you get an honest, healing night’s worth of rest.
